1. Agreement & Terms Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Milk Tracker application or website (`milktracker.gulposhlabs.in`), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Gulposh Labs. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue use.

2. Purpose & Accounting Disclaimer

Milk Tracker is a digital ledger and accounting utility built for dairy farmers, households, vendors, and traders. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data input, including quantities (litres), rate parameters, FAT/SNF adjustments, payment entries, and vacation schedules. While the app automates mathematical totals and PDF bill creation, Gulposh Labs does not warrant or guarantee that these outputs satisfy statutory tax, legal, or formal auditing requirements.

3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

Milk Tracker offers optional paid tier subscriptions (Normal Premium and Trader Tier) processed via Google Play Billing:

• Billing Processing: Payments, renewals, and billing authorizations are processed exclusively by Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Google Play Store Account settings.
• Refund Policy: All purchase transactions and subscription fees are non-refundable by Gulposh Labs. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play in accordance with Google Play's refund guidelines.
• Tier Entitlements: Premium benefits (ad removal, multi-profile limits, PDF exports, Google Drive sync) remain active as long as the subscription is maintained.

4. Cloud Services, Data Retention & Server Cleanup Policies

While optional Cloud Sync and Google Drive Backup options are provided for household synchronization:

• Rolling 1-Year Retention Limit: Active cloud servers maintain transaction history on a 1-year rolling window (365 days). Transaction records older than 1 year are subject to automated server-side cleanup. Users are advised to regularly export JSON backups or perform Google Drive backups for permanent multi-year archiving.
• 3-Month Inactivity Account Purge: Cloud synchronization profiles with no recorded transaction activity for 3 consecutive months (90 days) are deemed inactive/abandoned and are subject to automated deletion from cloud servers.
• Backup Disclaimer: Local device storage corruption, uninstalls, or network disruptions may impact real-time sync. You are encouraged to maintain local JSON file exports or personal Google Drive backups.

5. Virtual Reward Coin Policies

Milk Tracker contains an internal virtual reward coin balance earned by viewing opt-in AdMob rewarded ads. These coins carry **zero monetary value**, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

All code, UI designs, graphics, branding, logos, and materials related to Milk Tracker are the sole property of Owais Lone and Gulposh Labs. The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Gulposh Labs be held liable for financial losses, billing disputes, or data loss.
